Monster move

Posted: April 23, 2009 in Atlanta Falcons, Kansas City Chiefs, NFL, offseason, Tony Gonzalez, trade

The Chiefs have dealt Tony Gonzalez to the Falcons for a 2010 2nd round pick. Stank-0 how do you feel about this move?

I know that TGon been ballin for the Chiefs for a long time. Does this open the flood gates to start movin some of these potential free agents? Q, Ocho Cinco, Mr. Drops aka Braylong Edwards are on the market. The best WR on the market is clearly Q. If I were the Cardinals brass, I would not let Q go without some surrious compensation. The Lions got comped for Roy Williams and Q is head-and-shoulders beyond Williams.

Back to TGon, how many years does he have left in him? He been doin his thug thizzle for about 11 years now? He can’t have more than 3-4 years left and those will be at a diminished capacity.

Another question, will TGon’s move to the NFC break his Pro Bowl streak? There’s a certain Jeremy Shockey in that same division.
