A veiled signal to Charlie

Notre Dame is tryin to channel the glory years of Lou Holtz.  They are building a golden statue in his honor.  For the youngins, Holtz won a title with the ’88 ND team, his 3rd season.

Contrast that with Mr. Weis, who got his job on the strength of his supposed offensive acumen.  That acumen has been proven to be false.  Weis has taken ND to places they have never been, and those haven’t been good places.  ND has been a doormat since Weis took over.  Stank-0 thinks Weis should own up to his lack of offensive ability.
